After every Prize Activity, we’ll draw a winner on the 3rd business day following the respective draw month.

MERIX Mortgage Giveaway is only open to existing MERIX homeowners. There’s no purchase necessary to enter or to win, but homeowners who wish to participate must register their profile on MyMERIX to enter. MERIX Mortgage Giveaway is available online at MyMERIX.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any prize substitutions.

When you first register for the MERIX Mortgage Giveaway contest, you’ll have the option to subscribe to email reminders. If you did not subscribe to email reminders during the registration process, you may do so after you’ve completed your Monthly Prize Activity. If you no longer want to receive these messages, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button found at the bottom of every email.

When you log in to the MERIX Mortgage Giveaway contest site, you will be able to see on the activity dashboard how many Monthly Prize Activities and Bonus Activities you have completed.

No, unfortunately, you can only complete a Monthly Prize Activity when you complete the actions required during that particular month.

As long as you log in to the MERIX Mortgage Giveaway site before the last day of the month and complete the Monthly Prize Activity of that month, you’ll be able to enter the prize draw. You can sign up for email reminders to remind you to complete Monthly Prize Activities.

We’ll contact the winners by phone or email. Only the selected winners will be notified.

After completing all the requirements in the MERIX Mortgage Giveaway Contest Rules, the winner will receive their prize digitally or by courier. We’ll confirm these details during the prize confirmation process.
