We’ll get in touch about 3 months before your mortgage is up for renewal. We’ll introduce you to a MERIX Renewal Account Manager and give you details on how to start your renewal online.

Review renewal options

Start scoping out your options by logging into MyMERIX. If you have questions, your Renewal Account Manager is just an email or call away.

Select your mortgage

Choose the mortgage product, term and rate that work for you then sign and submit your documents before your renewal date.

Your mortgage is set!

Once your renewal date arrives, we’ll upload your new mortgage documents to MyMERIX and send a copy to your email.
