| Parts & labour | Eligible repairs of major Home Systems are covered. Simply pay the $50 consultation fee, and once approved, the remaining repair expenses are covered through the Home System Service Plan up to the remaining annual limits. |
| When the cost of repair exceeds the cost of replacement | If the cost of any repair is more than the cost of replacing similar materials (as determined by us in our sole and final judgement based on the Repair Service Provider’s assessment), it is our right to replace the part, components or System, subject to our liability being limited to the lesser of (a) the actual cost of replacement; and (b) a cash settlement payable to the Plan member equal to the remaining coverage amount available for the applicable System. |
| Part delay | If a part required for repair is materially delayed, as determined by us in our sole and final judgement based on the Repair Service Provider’s assessment, we will pay the Plan Member a cash settlement equal to the lesser of (a) the sum of the approved cost of the part plus $125; and (b) the remaining coverage amount available for the applicable System. |
| In-home service | The Plan provides direct access to a network of qualified professionals |
| Heating benefit | If the Home isn’t heated within 24 hours of contacting us (and the temperature outside is 0 degrees Celsius or lower), you may request and receive a $250 benefit. |
| Ancillary repairs | If the service provider must break through walls, floors or ceilings to complete service request, we’ll arrange for repair of those areas up to $500. |

The plan can be transferred to another eligible party. You can also cancel this plan at any time.*
Service guarantee
No consultation fee will apply if your system stops working within 90 days of paying a consultation fee and it needs to be repaired or replaced.

Pay only a $50 consultation fee plus any applicable taxes per service request. Comparable programs can be $39.99/month + tax.
Plan Fees
